Our UCY morning worship service for the First Sunday of Advent will feature a guest sermon by Yale Divinity School alumna, Rev. Dr. Gabby Cudjoe-Wilkes, founding lead pastor of the Double Love Experience Church in Brooklyn. We will light the first candle of the Advent wreath, sing beloved Advent songs and celebrate Holy Communion. |

| Lessons and Carols Service |
Our annual Advent/Christmas celebration features three student choirs, readings of the Christmas story by our students, and prayers led by our ministers. Our choirs the Episcopal Church at Yale, Marquand Chapel and the University Church in Yale will sing six anthems interspersed with scripture readings. All are welcome! An offering will be received for Connecticut FoodShare and Chapel on the Green. |
