Members of the UCY Liturgical Ministries Group will lead our worship along with Associate Pastor Jenny Peek. Sydney Mukasa and Noah Klein will lead our music with our summer choral ensemble. The service will also go out via Zoom. On the Sixth Sunday after Pentecost, Associate Pastor Jenny Peek will preach on Genesis 18 – Abraham and Sarah welcoming strangers - and Luke 10 - the story of Martha and Mary. Benjamin Geeding will lead our prayers and Pastor Jenny will celebrate Holy Communion. Sydney Mukasa will direct our summer choral ensemble. During the Summer, Battell Chapel can get quite hot. Please dress comfortably. According to Yale policies, visitors must be pre-approved to attend worship in person in Battell Chapel. Current Yale students and staff are already approved. Michael Libunao-Macalintal, UCY Summer Liturgist and Liturgical Minister at Yale Divinity School’s Marquand Chapel will preach on the Seventh Sunday after Pentecost on our texts for the day: Psalm 85 and Luke 11, including the Lord’s Prayer. Associate Pastor Jenny Peek will lead our prayers. Sherezade Panthaki, Summer Music Director, will lead our summer choir. During the Summer, Battell Chapel can get quite hot.
