Associate Pastor Jenny Peek returns from leave to preach on the Second Sunday of Advent. Pastor Ian Oliver will celebrate Holy Communion. Our UCY Choir will sing previews of music for the 5:30 p.m. Service of Lessons and Carols Sunday night. Masks are required for in-person attendance in Battell Chapel. Our annual Advent/Christmas service will include choir anthems, lots of congregational carols and scripture readings by our students. Three choirs will sing: the Episcopal Church at Yale Chapel Singers, the Marquand Chapel Choir and the University Church Choir. The service will conclude with candles and “Silent Night” and a special Christmas Prayer. An offering will be taken for Chapel on the Green and CT FoodShare. Masks are required for in-person attendance in Battell Chapel. All those attending should be up-to-date on their vaccines. The service is also on Zoom; please email Pastor ian Oliver for the link. |

| Fourth Sunday of Advent Dec 18 2022 |
Associate Pastor Jenny Peek will preach on our celebration of the Fourth Sunday of Advent. Since this is our last service until January, we’ll also be celebrating the coming of Christmas with special prayers and music. Pastor Ian will celebrate Holy Communion. Current Yale policies require that everyone attending worship in person be up-to-date on their Covid vaccinations, and be willing to provide proof if asked.
