Event description:
Good Friday Worship at Battell Chapel at 5:00 p.m. includes solemn prayers, readings and songs about Jesus' passion and crucifixion. UCY Associate Pastor Jenny Peek will preach. Students will lead a reading of the Passion. A time is set aside for lighting candles and veneration of the cross. The service is a joint effort by the Episcopal Church at Yale, LuMin at Yale, and the University Church in Yale.
